My situation is not the normal one for this tool, i do not want to move a whole SCCMContenLib to an other drive - i want to merge two SCCM ContentLibraries together on Drive D (where already a Content Library exists). This Drive has only a subfolder 'D:\SCCMContentLib\FileLib'.
A few months ago, other SCCMContentLib folder exists in drive D. So, 'F:\SCCMContentLib' folder was created in F:\drive. In 2 drives (D,F), 'NOSMSONDRIVE.SMS' file doesn't exist. Click on ContentLibraryExplorer.exe to launch the tool. In my SCCM site server (no DP) we have some drives. The tool says: Input Arguments are invalid. You can launch the content library explorer tool from the SCCM site server (primary server) server tools folder as listed down. Today i tried finally to move the content library from Drive E to drive D and that does now work. Use the content library cleanup command-line tool to remove content thats no longer associated with an object on a distribution point.
